Does every product come with a lab report?
Yes. Each lot has a certificate of analysis from an independent laboratory, linked from the product page.
What arrives in the box?
Sealed vials, a packing slip listing each lot number, and tracking by email.
What does "research use only" mean?
Products are supplied for laboratory and analytical work only. They are not for human or veterinary use, diagnosis or treatment, and we do not give dosing guidance.
How should products be stored?
Keep lyophilized vials at −20 °C for long-term storage. Refrigeration at 2–8 °C is fine for short periods. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
