Every product sold on this site contains a new drug for investigational use only in laboratory research animals, or for tests in vitro. Products are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for any use. They are not medicines, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements or medical devices, and are not supplied for diagnosis, treatment or veterinary care.

Who we supply
We supply laboratories, universities, companies and qualified researchers conducting tests in vitro or research in laboratory animals. Any order, message or account suggesting use in humans is cancelled and refunded. See the Who we supply page.

No medical advice
Nothing on this site is medical advice. Product descriptions and any references to published laboratory research are provided as background information for researchers. We do not provide dosing, preparation or administration guidance.

Purchaser responsibility
By placing an order you confirm that you are purchasing on behalf of a laboratory or research organization, that products will be used only for tests in vitro or in laboratory research animals and not in humans, and that you will store, handle and dispose of them following laboratory safety practice and the laws that apply where you are. These terms are set out in full in the Research agreement, which you accept with a signature at checkout. Ascension Research is not responsible for misuse of its products.

What we are
Ascension Research supplies research materials. We are not a pharmacy, a compounding pharmacy or an outsourcing facility.

Lab reports
Certificates of analysis are issued by independent laboratories and apply only to the lot number stated on the report.

Intellectual property
The Ascension Research name, logo and site content belong to Ascension Research and may not be used without permission.
