Questions, before you order.

Ten short answers on lab reports, ordering, storage and shipping.

Group 01

Lab reports and codes

Q01Does every product come with a lab report?

Yes. Each lot has a certificate of analysis from an independent laboratory. It is linked from the product page and from the code on the vial.

Q02How do I use the code on my vial?

Scan it with your phone camera. It opens our lab report lookup with your lot number filled in. You can also type the lot number from the label into the lookup on our home page.

Q03What is in KLOW?

KLOW is a blend of four peptides in one vial: KPV, GHK-Cu, TB-500 and BPC-157, 80 mg in total. The amount of each is listed on the lot's certificate of analysis.

Ordering and use

Q04What does "investigational use only" mean?

Each product carries the statement: CAUTION: Contains a new drug for investigational use only in laboratory research animals, or for tests in vitro. Not for use in humans. Products are not approved by the FDA and are not for diagnosis or treatment.

Q05Do you give dosing or usage advice?

No. We supply research materials and their analytical data. We do not advise on dosing, preparation or use in humans.

Q06Who can order?

Laboratories and qualified researchers conducting tests in vitro or in laboratory research animals. You confirm this when you enter the site and again at checkout. See who we supply.

Storage and shipping

Q07How should products be stored?

Keep lyophilized vials sealed at −20 °C for long-term storage, away from light and moisture. Refrigeration at 2–8 °C is fine for short periods. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Follow the storage line on your vial label.

Q08What arrives in the box?

Sealed vials, a packing slip listing each lot number, and tracking by email.

Q09Where are your shipping and refund terms?

They are set out in the policies linked at the bottom of every page.

Q10Something arrived damaged or looks wrong. What do I do?

Contact us with your order number, the lot number and a photo, and we will sort it out.
