Shipping policy

All products are supplied for investigational use only, in laboratory research animals or for tests in vitro. Not for use in humans.

Processing
Orders placed before 2 pm Eastern Time on a business day ship the same day. All other orders ship the next business day. You will receive a UPS tracking number by email when your order ships.

Rates and delivery times
Orders under $200: $9.95, shipped UPS Ground, 1 to 5 business days depending on your location.
Orders of $200 or more: free shipping with 2-day delivery.
Delivery times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.

Where we ship
We ship within the United States only. UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes, so please use a street address.

Packaging
Orders ship in plain packaging. Every vial is labelled with its lot number and the caution statement above. Store products as stated on the label on arrival.

Address errors
Please check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly, but contact us right away and we will try to correct it before it ships.

Records
We keep the recipient, address, date, quantity and lot number of every shipment for at least two years.
