Refund policy

All products are supplied for investigational use only, in laboratory research animals or for tests in vitro. Not for use in humans.

Returns
Because our products are temperature-sensitive research materials, we cannot accept returns once an order has shipped, and we cannot accept opened vials under any circumstances.

Damaged, incorrect or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, or an item is missing, email support@ascensionresearch.org within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund the item, at our choice, at no cost to you.

Lost packages
If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us and we will reship or refund the order.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Orders ship within one business day, so contact us as soon as possible.

Orders we cancel
We may cancel and refund in full any order that suggests use in humans, or where we are unable to confirm that the purchaser is a laboratory or research organization.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
